Refund Policy
Overview
At Shiv Shakti Arts, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when products may be returned and when refunds may be issued.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
Non-Returnable Products
Custom-made furniture, made-to-order products, clearance items, final-sale products, gift vouchers, and products damaged after delivery due to misuse are generally not eligible for return.
Return Request Process
To request a return, contact us by email or phone and provide your order number, product details, and reason for the request.
Product Inspection
Returned items are inspected after they are received. Refunds are approved only when the returned product satisfies our return requirements.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be made through bank transfer or store credit.
Wrong or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be provided if a returned product is missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, normal return conditions apply.
