Shiv Shakti Arts delivers furniture and home products across most locations in India. Service availability depends on your delivery pin code.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order products may require additional production time.

Delivery Time

Orders for metro cities generally arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Orders for other cities generally arrive within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Large furniture items may require 10 to 21 business days depending on location and logistics availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, festivals, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. Our delivery partner may contact you before delivery.

Assembly

Assembly instructions are provided where required. Installation services may be available in selected locations.

Damaged or Missing Items

If a package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs whenever possible.
